Future Roadway Plan
The Future Roadway Plan was developed in collaboration with the Walla Walla Valley MPO/SRTPO and local jurisdictions. The plan is a long-range transportation planning effort that guides the region's roadway network over the next 20+ years. The plan updates the 2005 Long Term Arterial Plan and identifies future roadway improvements, right-of-way needs, and multimodal transportation strategies to support regional growth.
Focusing on safety, connectivity, and mobility, the plan provides recommendations for roadway enhancements, functional classification updates, and coordinated transportation solutions that improve travel for drivers, freight, transit, bicyclists, pedestrians, and other users across the Walla Walla Valley.
