This is where documents about all the different plans and programs managed by the WWVMPO/SRTPO can be reviewed and downloaded. It contains the latest version of each document, which is also available in hard copy format at the MPO/SRTPO office. Public Participation Plan |
The Public Participation Plan explains why public involvement is important to transportation planning; when and how the public will be asked to participate; and what types of information will be gathered during public outreach.

Title VI Plan
|
The Title VI Plan outlines the effort of the WWVMPO/SRTPO to ensure non-discrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether or not those programs and activities receive federal funding.

Unified Planning Work Program |
The Unified Planning Work Program describes the major activities accomplished by the WWVMPO/SRTPO in the preceding state fiscal year, along with the major activities planned for the next state fiscal year.

Annual Listing of Obligated Projects |
The Obligation Report contains a list of projects located in the MPO/SRTPO planning area that received federal funds per the Transportation Improvement Program. It is created each March for the preceding calendar year.

Annual Performance & Expenditure Report |
The Annual Performance & Expenditure Report describes in detail the progress made in fulfilling the activities outlined in the Unified Planning Work Program, along with associated expenses.

Title VI Statement
WWVMPO/SRTPO hereby gives public notice that it is the Organization’s policy to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. Title VI requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any Federal Aid Highway program or other activity for which WWVMPO/SRTPO receives Federal financial assistance.
Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint with WWVMPO/SRTPO. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the WWVMPO/SRTPO Title VI Coordinator within one hundred, eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Title VI Discrimination Complaint Forms may be obtained from the WWVMPO/SRTPO Office, on the website at https://wwvmpo.org/plans--programs.html at no cost to the complainant, by calling Andres Gomez at (509) 876-8002.
Por el presente anuncio, WWVMPO/SRTPO notifica al público que es la política de la Organización asegurar un estricto cumplimiento con Título VI de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1964, la Ley de Restauración de Derechos Civiles de 1987, y otros estatutos y regulaciones relacionados con los mismos en todos los programas y actividades. El Título VI exige que ninguna persona sea excluida de participar en, negada los beneficios de, o sujeta a discriminación, basándose en su raza, color, u origen nacional bajo cualquier programa de Ayuda Federal para Autopistas u otra actividad para la cual WWVMPO/SRTPO reciba ayuda financiera Federal.
